All coffee is roasted in small batches and bagged within 24 hours of roasting at our roastery in Woking, Surrey. We only ship coffee that is within 5 days of the roasting date. We may, from time to time, offer coffee with an earlier roasting date, in which case, this date is clearly displayed.
