Terms & Conditions


All shipping is done through the Royal Mail.  We strive to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it, however, no assurance can be given that we will be able to do so.  Generally, you should expect the delivery of your order within 28 days of placing it.  If we unable to deliver the goods within this time, we will let you know immediately and agree on another time for delivery, or, if such agreement is not reached, we shall offer you a refund.  If you need your shipment signed for upon delivery, tracked to its final destination or sent as priority shipping, this will incur a higher shipping cost and you need to contact us at customerservice@beanberrycoffee.com before placing your order.

Delivery Prices

Delivery prices are based on the net weight of the ordered goods and will be added automatically when your order is placed. Our delivery prices are based on the Royal Mail charges and are updated when these charges change.

All UK orders above £25 ship free.  

Shipping Overseas

If you are interested in receiving our products and your country is not listed when you are  placing an order, please contact us at customerservice@beanberrycoffee.com. 

Cancellation Rights and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.  Any cancellation must take place within seven business days of the receipt of goods.  In the event of cancellation of your order, you will be required to to return the goods and pay the cost of returning these goods.  Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and the packaging must be unopened.  If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund.
