Enter Finca Santa Marta! Medium-Dark roast (quite unusual for us!) brings out body with tons of dark chocolate and tiny bits of pecan nuts. Bright yet elegant acidity comes across with the underlying sweetness of bold tropical fruit - mango, we think.

Do not get fooled by the plain label (we shall get to adding some colour eventually); this coffee is complex, sweet and plain delicious.
