This coffee is sourced from multiple small farms of the area surrounding Gitega Hills Washing Station. Red Bourbon coffee cherries are processed at the Gitega Hills Station and subsequently decaffeinated using CO2 or sparkling water decaffeination process method, where caffeine is removed with the use of pressurised carbon dioxide.
