Baking chocolate with notes of red plum and tropical fruit in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity with sweet chocolaty finish.

Mirelly Ordonez Gomez is a very passionate producer, who is totally dedicated to coffee production and her family.  On her small 2-hectare farm, Finca El Diamante, situated in the District of Lonya Grande of the Department of Amazonas in Northern Peru, Mirelly grows Caturra, Pache and Marsellesa varieties.  She picks only the ripest of cherries, depulps them and ferments coffee for 36 hours and then puts it out to dry for approximately 26 days.
