This season, we sought to combine dark chocolate and stone fruit flavours of Peruvian El Oso Microlot with high end notes of Ethiopian Limu from Duromina cooperatvie and a distinct winey note from Guatemalan farm of Maria Ramos from Huehuetenango. The coffees are roasted separately to their distinctly separate roasting profiles and subsequently blended to give this blend its bright yet solid presence with all the comfort in the cup you might need on a cold winter day. Originally conceived as a punchy morning cup, it is mannered well enough to be enjoyed thoroughly after dinner.. or pretty much any time throughout the day.
