We are incredibly delighted to be offering this delicious microlot from the Cajamarca region in Northern Peru.
Lidia Flores is a very passionate producer, who is totally dedicated to coffee production and her family. She owns 3.75 hectares farm, La Chonta - El Mango, where she grows Caturra and Catimor Arabica varieties only. She picks only the ripest of cherries, depulps them and ferments coffee for 60 hours, after which the coffee is washed three times and then dried on raised beds in the shade for about 20 days.
