 In the cup, expect coating and creamy mouthfeel with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, mild acidity and a hint of of walnuts and raisins.

Fazenda Nossa Senhora de Fatima is dedicated to producing organic coffee of the highest quality, as evidenced by the numerous awards it has received in both national and international competitions.  The farm sits in the fertile Triangulo Mineiro (Minas Cerais Triangle) in the Cerrado region.  The whole farm covers an area of 395 hectares, of which 235 hectares are plnated with coffee - Acaia, Catucai, Mundo Novo, Bourbon and Icatu varietals.  Livestock is also reared on the fazenda, including hens, cows and pigs.  All production on the farm is 100% organic.

Fazenda Nossa Senhora de Fatima is immaculately maintained and uses state-of-the-art methods in the planting, cultivation, harvest, processing and storage of its coffee.  The farm is also dedicated to replanting native trees, caring for indigenous fauna and flora and protecting native species.

The farm is commited to operating in a socially responsible way.  The farm's owner, Ricardo de Aguiar Resende, firmly beieves that valuing the lives of the farm's employees, respecting their work, guaranteeing their rights, and helping them to care for their families are all part of the farming process.
